Justin, her husband and co-founder, draws on his farming roots, supported by his father in Tanzania, for their tree-planting mission. Michael, a skilled engineer, loves yachts but worries about fuel use and questionable teak origins in construction. Registered in Dubai yet rooted in Tanzania, the idea began on Justin and Cailyn’s honeymoon, strengthened by Michael two years later.
