Note: With the subscription plan, the first monthly payment includes both the cost of the teak trees and the first 5-year maintenance fee for each tree. This maintenance fee is only charged once in the first month. The remaining 11 monthly payments cover the balance of the total cost, without any additional fees. After the 12-month subscription ends, tree maintenance is required every 5 years at a flat rate per tree, which increases slightly (~5%) every cycle—totaling approximately 5 payments over 20 years.
